If the Crown Fits...

Happy Saturday Everyone!,

Just a quick post before the Steelers vs. Ravens game starts while I have a lunch/coffee break....

I tried to do a little scrapbooking earlier this afternoon but once a certain little girl found out that I have a princess cartridge for the Cricut, I got a little sidetracked and we ended up making this together instead...

B. picked out everything from the cardstock to all the different rhinestones for it. This crown cut is from the Once Upon A Princess cartridge. I cut the crown out using the Fit-to-Page button on my Cricut with a 12" x 12" piece of pink cardstock - which ended up being cut at 4-1/4". If you have a little girl or little girls in your life, this is such a cute cartridge to have. It has everything from, of course, princesses, dolls, cupcakes, 2 castles - a flat one for scrapbook pages and a really pretty 3-D one too, plus 2 fonts, a phrase/word art feature, invitations/envelopes, 3-D magic scepter (wand) and all sorts of other girly things on it. I love this cartridge and can't wait to use it for some scrapbook pages.

And like all Cricut cartridges, don't let the back of the box fool ya. There is always TONS more on their cartridges than what they have pictured on the box, and this one is no exception. For example, they only show one font, but there's actually another font that has each letter, number, etc. inside of a crown. Too cute.

Maybe I'll actually get some scrapping done later on. In the meantime, I'm making spaghetti and homemade meatballs for dinner and watching the game with my hubby while I do some stitching on my ornament. No, I'm still not done with that yet. Can you say s-l-o-wwww. lol! I blame it on the iPod. lol!  Go Steelers! :)

Thanks for stopping by...
