A Pleasant Saturday Afternoon...

I hope you all had a great week. We had a scare with my mother-in-law and she was in the hospital for a couple days. But, thankfully, she's back home and ok now. I've been feeling a bit under-the-weather and I can feel a cold coming on. It's that time of year I guess. My husband had called me earlier today after fixing the door on his mom's oven and told me he was taking me to the brand new Hobby Lobby! Now he's not the biggest fan of craft stores, so this was indeed special since he knew that I wanted to go check it out since they had just opened a week ago. Love that man. This Hobby Lobby is about an hour away and I'm so happy they've finally opened one somewhat closer to me. That place is huge. Love all the different things they have.... a little something for everyone. I picked up a few new scrappin' goodies (but of course) but didn't go too crazy...

I've been wanting these pretty Tim Holtz Movers 'n Shapers butterfly dies for awhile now. I think they would look so cute cut out of some felt with a button sewn in the middle for some girly scrapbook pages. They're a nice size too...

Of course, I couldn't just shop for myself, so we got this for B. Too cute....

For some reason, Hobby Lobby does not have scanners. They have to manually put the numbers in for e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g   making for a super long wait in the check-out lines. Oh well, other than that, I really liked going there. It certainly was fun looking at everything.

Afterwards, we stopped at Janoski's Country Restaurant -  a quaint country restaurant that's part of a big 200+ acre farm  in Clinton, PA on the way home - . It was our first time eating there and the home cooked food & pie was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I loved the country decor and they even have a room decorated in John Deere everything. We took a drive through the country after supper and headed back home. Just been chillaxin', watchin' movies with my husband this evening.

Well that's all for now. Hope you all have a pleasant week ahead and thanks for stoppin' by...
